A separate Master File is maintained for locations of branches and detailed reports on sections, sub-sections and departments within the company.
Maintains a comprehensive Employee Master File containing detailed records on individual employees.
All employee information ranging from the personal (such as contact information and qualifications) to the official is recorded within the Employee master file.
Designation Master File containing information regarding all the employee designations within the company.
The system facilitates the maintenance of a Skills Master File for the purpose of recording the skills of individual employees (e.g. programming/ accounting etc) to better identify employee strengths.
Training and Seminar Master File that keeps track of employee training programmes and seminars. The management can use this feature to choose specific training courses and seminars and identify employees for training.
Maintains an Accident and Injury Master File.
Facilitates a master file for the purpose of tracking employee violations and subsequent disciplinary action by management.
Details of the whole recruitment process (i.e. receiving CVs/ call back for interviews/ interview grading and selection/ final recruitment) can be maintained within the system.
Transfer and promotion details: for example the system can identify employees who are eligible for promotion/transfers. The system facilitates this process by identifying employees in need of further skills enhancement and computing records of those who have undergone training and their subsequent performance evaluations
Seminar allocations can be conducted through the system; managers can select particular departments/ employee categories or allocate teams according to the lecturers conducting the seminars.
Maintains minutes of team meetings and information e.g. client/ meeting details etc.
Facilitates the maintenance of employee medical checkups/ Doctor feed back and medical history.
